And don’t forget the cold plunge pool – an excruciating 66F for a full minute, which feels like ten.

Body Treatments at Body Blitzand scrubbing of my entire body with sweet ginger, maple syrup and orange oil. My noodle-like limbs flopped on the table as my therapist drizzled warm milk over me. A pressure-point body and scalp massage followed, along with a nourishing facial treatment. While a seaweed mask fed my face, my hair was washed and conditioned – which was as close to nirvana as I’ve ever been.
