GoGirlfriends take a brief hiatus to balance our chakras

GoGirlfriend has been online for only a short time, but we're packing up our blissmobile and taking off for the GG Takes a Spa Vacationspa for a couple of weeks. There's so much we love about travel and - writing about travel - but there comes a time when you just can't ignore the call of the spa. Right?

GG is a collective labor of love, fondly nurtured by some incredible women travelers who generously share their experiences. We thrive and grow because of their refusal to travel any other way than the way they want. Women travelers rock!

Grace Cheng and Leyla Giray are living our dream, traveling and working - can you get a better gig in life?
Casey Wohl, the Getaway Girl, shows us how important it is to celebrate our gal pals.
Gretchen Roberts make us feel not so foolish for our wine-aficionado wanna-be-dreams.
Kathleen Ameche reminds us that no matter how strong and independent we feel, safety always comes first.
Carly Milne is just so damn cool and reading about her adventures lets us travel everyday - even if only online.

We'll be back in August - de-stressed and buffed and soothed - and looking forward to traveling into the autumn with all of you.

Wouldn't a spa treatment feel fabulous right about now? Come on, you know you wanna!
