The quirky guidebooks are proudly promoted because of their "untarnished" journalistic integrity, "If it's in the guidebook our authors have been there."

Waiting for a flightWaiting for a flightWe warned you yesterday; those MD-80s aren't going to fly. In addition to a whopping 900 more American Airlines flights grounded today, Midwest Airlines has grounded 13 airplanes today.

Flights GroundedFlights GroundedAs reported earlier, those pesky people at the FAA are pretty concerned about the MD-80s airworthiness. It resulted in 500 cancelled flights yesterday, and as many as 850 more flights aren't flying today. American Airlines shares are down as a result, and so is customer morale.
